Bryan has over 20 years of experience negotiating institutional-quality
commercial real estate transactions. Bryan’s particular expertise includes
value-add and development projects, equity joint ventures, and institutional
office and industrial properties.
Ashby began his career in Morgan Stanley's real estate group
focusing on private placements and corporate finance. He has amassed
more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate investments
including sourcing, underwriting, acquisitions and portfolio management.
Denis has more than 10 years of experience in underwriting,
structuring and executing commercial real estate investments, including
equity, debt and structured finance transactions. His particular expertise
includes acquisitions, joint ventures, due diligence and financial analysis.
Denis Barreto, Jr.
Akshay has been involved in the origination and underwriting of
transactions across the capital structure and across industry verticals
for M&As, dividend recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts and refinancings.
He has more than 7 years of experience in financial modeling and debt
Danny has more than 15 years of experience in commercial and investment
real estate. He has originated, syndicated, restructured, and managed large
commercial real estate loans on all property types across the U.S, with a
particular focus on transitional, value-add and event-driven commercial
and multifamily properties.
Anthony began his career in corporate financial planning and real
estate analysis. He has more than 10 years of experience in commercial
real estate and previously oversaw acquisitions for an institutional
real estate private equity fund and served as principal developer for
value-add urban properties in the U.S., Latin America and Europe.
Bill has nearly 20 years of experience in underwriting and structuring
commercial real estate investments. His particular expertise includes
investment origination, structured finance transactions, credit analysis
and asset management.
Spencer has nearly 7 years of commercial real estate experience
spanning financial analysis, underwriting, due diligence and acquisitions.
Prior to joining RealtyShares, Spencer led the underwriting and due
